Once purchased, webinars are nonrefundable & nontransferable.

As a reminder: The registration process is a 2-step process. After making your payments you will be redirected to a page where you MUST fill in the information to receive a unique password to enter the live webinar. REGISTRATION is not complete until you have a password. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PASSWORD THE SYSTEM ASSIGNS. If you loose your password, you can contact customer care up to 30 mins prior to the live class to receive a new one.  Note that incomplete registration will delay access to the live webinar and cause a delay in receiving access to the replay.

Technical Difficulties ... Most technological glitches can be traced to your firewalls, security settings, or other network issues. Please work with Webinarjam's customer and IT support to resolve these issues. If technical glitches prevent your access to the live webinar you still have access to the recording. For technical difficulties experienced during the live presentation use the back up link provided in the reminder email that you will receive prior to the start of class..

Scheduling conflict ... We understand plans can change.  As part of your webinar purchase you h ave access to the replay. If you have completed the 2-step registration processes correctly, the replay link is emailed to you automatically. Note again, your webinar purchase is nonrefundable and not transferable to another party.
